Shepherd's Forge knife making class is an amazing experience! Kevin strikes the perfect balance of expert guidance while letting you do your own thing and shape your own knife. That was key for us--actually making our own knives! From the beginning, Kevin created an environment where we felt totally comfortable, safe, and basically felt like his shop was ours with his presence and expertise always there. He knows his stuff and helped us craft great knives in our own vision. On top of that, Kevin is a great guy and really enjoyable to be around. An added bonus was a great lunch spread and nice time relaxing and chatting for a short break. We can't recommend this experience enough and will be back for more! - Scott B.
