Team leadership Retreat - from Knife to TEAM Life

Bring your team to a weekend of forging, fitting and finishing a knife together. During this weekend we will reflect on lessons learned from the steel that will inform how your team leads, works and moves ahead together. This can be honed and shaped to fit your team - where they are at and where they want to go.

From Knife to Life
Date: you choose
A Christian based leadership retreat where were will take a raw piece of steel on Friday night and when you leave Shepherd's Forge you will have knife. In the downtime and meal time we will explore the reality of how lessons from forging, fitting and finishing knives has much to teach us about living a good, whole and right life - this is the foundational for leading effectively. All food, lodging, material, instruction and spiritual direction is included.
